If you are a new customer, please call 888.711.7833 x1 to obtain your login information.

If you are a returning customer, login with your email address and password (usually dog's name lowercase).

If you have forgotten your password, please try your email address and your dog's name (lowercase). If that doesn't work, email us and we'll send you a temporary password that you may change after you login.

In the online customer boarding area you can do the following:

Book a reservation: Note that we only pickup/deliver on Monday/Thursdays. If you need a different day, you can drop off and pickup yourself at the farm or contact us for other options: 888.711.7833 x 1.
Upload vet forms: Please scan your vet forms and upload it to your profile. If that's too hard for you to do, just fax the forms to 888.711.7833 and we'll upload it to your profile for you.
Upload a picture of your dog: If you have a picture handy, just upload to your profile. Note that you will need to "assign" your picture to your dog. The instructions are listed for you in the file upload area.
Provide instructions: you can now give us specific pickup/delivery instructions and customer care notes.

I hereby certify that my dog(s) is/are in good health and has/have not been ill with any communicable diseases within the last 60 days. I also certify that my dog(s) has/have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any dog.

I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my dog(s) while attending Country Dogs which may include paying for damage to the facility, paying 3rd party vet bills should my dog harm another dog, and/or paying doctor bills should my dog harm a Country Dogs employee.

I understand and agree that in admitting my dog(s) to Country Dogs, the staff has relied on my representation that my dog(s) is/are in good health and has/have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior toward any person or any other dog.

I further understand and agree that Country Dogs, their staff, and emergency veterinarian (if needed) will not be liable for any problems which develop provided reasonable care and precautions are followed; and I hereby release them of any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my dog's/dogs' attendance and participation at Country Dogs.

I understand and agree that any problems which develop with my dog(s) will be treated as deemed best by the staff and emergency veterinarian of Country Dogs at their sole discretion and that I assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved.

I understand that Country Dogs will provide a 60-90 minute window for the pickup/delivery of my dog and that if the driver arrives within that window, I am responsible for having made proper arrangements for handing off/receiving my dog. I also understand that the Country Dogs delivery person will wait for 15 minutes before heading on his/her way after which I authorize a $50 "failure to show" fee in addition to any additional boarding fees associated with a redelivery.

Finally, I attest to the fact that my dog is not a flight risk and that Country Dogs, provided reasonable precautions are followed, cannot be held responsible in the event that my dog runs away or escapes from either the enclosure or the boarding facility.

I certify that I have read and understood the policies of Country Dogs as set forth and that I have read and understood the conditions and statements of this agreement.
